Refund Policy

MarkWide Research is committed to client satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a purchase.

General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business — which involves the transfer of proprietary market knowledge, research methodology, and expert analyst insights — MarkWide Research does not offer refunds once a report has been delivered or accessed.

This policy is standard practice across the market research industry and is in place to protect the integrity and commercial value of our proprietary research assets. We encourage all clients to review available report samples and consult our pre-sales team before making a purchase.

Pre-Purchase Support

To ensure complete confidence before purchasing, MarkWide Research offers the following pre-purchase resources: detailed report samples for review, pre-sales consultations with our analyst team, transparent methodology documentation, and demonstrations of previous report editions via secure online meetings.

We strongly encourage prospective clients to take advantage of these resources. Our sales team is available at sales@markwideresearch.com or by phone to answer any questions prior to purchase.

Post-Purchase Support

While refunds are not available post-delivery, MarkWide Research provides extensive post-sales support to ensure clients derive maximum value from their purchase. This includes: direct access to the report's author or lead analyst for questions, the ability to request up to 10% additional data points at no extra charge, and ongoing support from a dedicated account manager.

Our goal is to ensure every client finds the research they have purchased genuinely useful and actionable for their business needs.

Cancellation of Custom Projects

For custom research projects, cancellation terms are agreed upon at the commencement of the engagement and outlined in the project agreement. In general, any work completed prior to a cancellation request will be invoiced accordingly.

Clients wishing to cancel a custom project in progress should notify their MarkWide Research account manager in writing as soon as possible to minimize any costs incurred.
